About Susanne
I was born into the german-speaking part of Switzerland in the heart of Europe. Once I was able to travel the world, something in me began to truly flourish with the discovery of the variety of cultures and values I encountered. This exploration keeps delighting me, and continuously deepens my appreciation for different expressions and ways of living. My heart and spirit keep expanding as I recognize that despite all differences, everything on earth is interdependent.
From the outer diversity, I got interested in our motivations and inner lives. I am astounded by the depth of complexity within, which keeps my work ever new and revealing. Connecting with people and exploring the root of what becomes the next transformative step on the path to wholeness is rich and meaningful. It is wondrous to witness the space and new opportunities that arise when awareness expands, when blockages get cleared and outdated conditioning gets re-manifested. As the heart keeps opening, my life seems to also become more simple in its unfolding. Amidst the cacophony and complexity, divine nature and guidance is always waiting to reveal itself. In the stillness of the heart, perceptions, struggles and differences get to transcend.

For further education, I have earned a Human Services Practitioner Associates Degree, a Certificate in Gerontology and Mental Health, and have completed a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with Specialization in Counseling at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.
Having raised a family, and connecting with friends and nature keeps me grounded in the unfolding of life on this beautiful planet. Working to make the world a place where all that exists can thrive is essential to me.
My interest in multidimensional realities brought me initially to Peter Goldman’s Spiritual Psychotherapy Training Program at the Center of New Directions in Zurich and Kent, England. As my passionate inquiry into who we are beyond outer appearances grew, my journey led me to various teachers and teachings. I am immensely inspired by Buddhist Teachings, and non-duality teachings like Adyashanti. Most of all, I am beyond deep gratitude for having met my spiritual teacher Mata Amritanandamayi, also known as Amma. I consider Her guidance and presence invaluable.
In a spirit of curiosity, openness and inclusion, I have come to trust the unfolding of my path and that of others. Rooted in this world and immersed in spiritual guidance, I feel connected to our planet, human existence, and to that which is. I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to work in private practice for over 25 years.
